APPROACH
Working in a dynamic team with Scrum and short sprints, I focused on improving the data analytics system's user experience for two products called CDA (Continuous Data Analytics) and CNOM (Core Network Operations Manager). My role involved leveraging my experience in UI and UX design, alongside with using coding languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to make the system user-friendly.

UNDERSTANDING USER NEEDS
Conducting sessions with internal users, I gained insights into their preferences and pain points. This guided me in redesigning the system to better meet their needs.
OUTCOME
UI/UX Design: I revamped the system's interface to create a modern and intuitive user experience. This involved redesigning and improving user interactions based on Ericsson Design System (EDS).
Front-End Development: Utilizing HTML, CSS and JavaScript, I implemented these design changes to ensure smooth functionality and responsiveness.
Leadership: I led efforts to ensure consistency and usability across the system, guiding a team to implement best practices for UI/UX design.
Through my dual role as a Front-End Developer and UI/UX Designer, I played an important part in making Ericsson's data analytics systems more user-friendly and efficient for its users.
