Volvo Cars R&D had no dedicated tool for managing fleets—monitoring vehicles, assigning drivers, and handling events was fragmented. Stakeholders needed a single place to view vehicles by status, fleet, and driver, and to handle unassigned vehicles from sources like the WICE portal.
I led user interviews and prototype validation in an agile team with PO, Scrum Master, and Backend Developer. The REFLECT UI emerged: vehicle list with filters, detailed vehicle panel with events, Add event modal, and a step-by-step unassigned-vehicles flow with optional combine-similar. Implemented with HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
This project shows shipping a Fleet Management UI from zero to a usable product with research and validation baked in.
